Cash's upbringing in the heart of Central California fostered a deep connection with the outdoors from an early age. His love for hunting and fishing, instilled in him during childhood, kindled a profound appreciation and respect for the land.  Spending his formative years in the foothills of California's Central Valley and coastal range mountains, he honed his skills in game hunting, fishing, and understanding the local cattle. This early exposure to the land laid the foundation for his future in the real estate and land services industry.

Cash's journey in the Real Estate industry began in 2011, when he decided to follow in his mother’s footsteps and obtained his Real Estate License.  Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he went on to secure his broker's license in 2016. In January 2017, he founded CMT Properties, INC., a residential brokerage, marking a significant milestone in his career. His dedication and expertise were further recognized when he assumed the role of Broker for AgriWealth Inc., an Agriculture-based brokerage, in August 2021, specializing in the diverse crops grown in the Central Valley.

Cash had always known that combining his passion for the outdoors with his dedication to real estate would create something truly special. In 2023, Cash and co-founder Kyle Orth launched Broken Horn Land Co. Their mission was to provide transparent, innovative, and, most importantly, client-centered real estate land services to buyers and sellers across the country, focusing on ranch land and recreational properties. 

Broken Horn Land Co. was established on integrity, professionalism, and building lasting relationships. Cash is committed to helping clients create value in their land, not just in terms of financial returns but also in the legacy they leave for future generations. Ranching and hunting are at the center of the American dream and a large part of what makes this country so special. Deep-rooted traditions, family legacies, and the great outdoors are the focus of what Broken Horn Land Co stands for.
